 Licensing and Acquisition

We approached Mike regarding a patent that we had stumbled into which we would likely be infringing without negotiating some form of licence with the US based University that owned it. Mike tracked down the IP group at the University and engaged in a complex and protracted negotiation. The end result was a complete purchase of the patent at a competitive rate for what is a key ingredient in allowing us to realise a major project in our product roadmap.
